Via WPS Method

It is the most used connection method use to link networking devices wirelessly;

• The first thing you have to do is connect the booster to the power outlet and turn it on.
• Then, you have to turn on the router or you home network.
• Simply, find and press the WPS button on the router and then press the WPS button on the RangeXTD WiFi booster within 2 minutes.

The connection will be established automatically without using any cable or wire.

Via Ethernet Cable

You will not get any cable with the booster, so if you want to connect the device with the Ethernet cable, you have to purchase it separately.

• Connect one end of the cable to the router LAN port.
• Connect the other end of the cable to the booster Ethernet port.
• Now, you can turn on the devices and you will see that the connection is established.

• Connect the computer or laptop to the RangeXTD WiFi extender network.
• Go to the web browser and search the IP address 192.168.7.234.
• The computer screen will display interface login page on web browser, here, you have to enter credentials.
• Username and password are given on the label or in the user manual of the WiFi booster device.

Reboot

Rebooting process will refresh all the settings of the RangeXTD WiFi booster. so to restart the booster you can use two different methods given below;

• Find the power button on the device and press it for two times.
• Plug out the device from the wall socket and plug it in again.

Reset

By resetting the device, you will lose all the date and adjusted settings in your booster. but reset process will dispel the problem for sure. To reset;

• Find the RESET button on device.
• It will be a pinhole button.
• Just use a sharp object to long press the button.
